Negotiation: Maximize Your Influence equips you with our proven negotiation methodology to help you negotiate with confidence and get results. This training is based on the work of Molly Fletcher, author of A Winner’s Guide to Negotiating, who made a career negotiating deals in a highly competitive environment as a sports agent.Everyone understands the benefits of becoming a better negotiator, but most people aren’t taught the skills to negotiate effectively. Through this eight-hour course (two 4-hour sessions), we’ll learn a proven framework to confidently embrace any negotiation.
